Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements and
investment goals.
Present and cross-pitch multiple real estate projects to match client preferences.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and property site visits with prospective buyers.
Negotiate and close sales with professionalism and integrity.
Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and reports through CRM systems.
Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral
business.
Who Can Apply:
Graduates with minimum 65% overall in academics (Mandatory).
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
14 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred, but not mandatory).
Presentable, confident, and self-motivated individuals with a customer-centric
mindset.
