— Engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements and
investment goals.
— Present and cross-pitch multiple real estate projects to match client preferences.
— Conduct meetings, presentations, and property site visits with prospective buyers.
— Negotiate and close sales with professionalism and integrity.
— Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and reports through CRM systems.
— Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral
business.
Who Can Apply:
— Graduates with minimum 65% overall in academics (Mandatory).
— Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
— 1€“4 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred, but not mandatory).
