role overview

as a *financial advisor*, you will act as a trusted partner to clientshelping them secure their financial future through tailored life insurance and investment solutions. youll develop strong client relationships, understand their financial needs, and recommend suitable insurance and savings plans offered by aditya birla sun life insurance.

key responsibilities

* build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective networking and referrals.

* identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance and investment products.

* achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company norms.

* provide post-sales service and policy support to clients.

* participate in regular training programs to enhance product and market knowledge.

* maintain ethical sales practices and adhere to company compliance standards.

required qualifications

* minimum: 12th pass (graduates preferred).

* age: 21 years and above.

* strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.

* prior experience in sales, marketing, or financial services is an advantage (not mandatory).
