Responsibilities and Duties
€¢ Identify New Sales leads.
€¢ Field Sales
€¢ Prospect for new Clients by networking.
€¢ Cold Calling.
€¢ Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.
€¢ Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
€¢ Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.
€¢ Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Company€™s practice leaders/Principals.
€¢ Plan approaches and pitches.
€¢ Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client€™s needs, concerns, and objectives.
€¢ Participate in pricing the solution/service.
€¢ Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
€¢ Any other Job duties as assign by the Management time to time.
