2-4 years of experience as sales executive or equivalent designation in tourism
industry.
key responsibilities:
1. sales generation: proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including
individual travelers, corporate clients, and travel agencies.
2. client relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with
existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. product knowledge: demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our travel packages,
destinations, and services to provide tailored recommendations to clients.
4. sales targets: meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently
striving for exceptional performance.
5. market research: stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market
conditions to adapt sales strategies effectively.
6. collaboration: collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and
execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales.
7. customer service: provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process,
including pre-trip and post-trip support.
8. documentation: accurately maintain sales records, contracts, and customer
information in our system.
