roles and responsibilities :
-welcome & direct customers.
-provide accurate information on our jewellery (. product features, pricing, and after-sales services).
-answer customers' questions about specific products/services.
-conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
-cross-sell products within the store
-ensure display & vm are fully stocked.
-manage returns of merchandise.
-service our loyalty program clients.
-coordinate with the retail sales representatives team to provide excellent customer service.
-inform customers about discounts and special offers.
-provide customer feedback to the store manager.
-stay up-to-date with new products/services.
-present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
-prospect and contact potential customers.
-reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline.
-resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
-set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
-create sales material to present to customers.
-sell products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients.
-responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.
skill required :
-should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in only the jewellery field.
-language known - english / hindi / gujarati ( optional)
-age group bellow 35 years.
-gender - both.
-should have good computer skills.
-excellent communication skills.
-preferably should have worked in a jewellery showroom.
