Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Sector 66, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail sales, good English communication skills, and the ability to handle customers professionally. The candidate will be responsible for Store sales, assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and supporting daily retail and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.

Promote products and sale to achieve assigned targets.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.

Manage daily retail sales activities and support store operations.

Maintain product displays, merchandising standards, and stock availability.

Maintain basic sales records and perform computer-related tasks.

Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store and mall operations.

Follow company policies, sales procedures, and customer service standards.
