**role overview:**
the relationship manager - retail sales will be the face of our brand, responsible for managing and enhancing the customer experience for walk-in clients at our store. this role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service and ensuring that each customer interaction reflects our brand values.
**key responsibilities:**
- **customer engagement:** greet and assist walk-in customers, providing them with product information and recommendations tailored to their needs.
- **sales management:** drive sales by understanding customer requirements and suggesting appropriate gift solutions from our premium range.
- **client relationship building:** develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **product knowledge:** stay updated with the latest product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- **store presentation:** ensure the store is well-presented, organized, and stocked with the latest products, maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising.

**qualifications:**
- **education:** graduate degree in any discipline.
- **experience:** prior experience in the premium gifting or retail sector is preferred, but freshers with a passion for sales and customer service are encouraged to apply.
