POST: - Retail Partner/ Sr. Retail Partner/ Chief Retail Partner

Income: INR -

Location: WORK FROM HOME

Job role: Associate Business Development officer (Recruit > Activate > Develop).

During training period company will pay you 105,000/- according to your performance base. The training (theory and practical) will be approximately three months. Currently training will be provided via ZOOM apps . After completion of the training period your remuneration will be Negotiable.

Job description: -

Leading the Management.

Building up a team of Insurance Consultant / POSP.

Daily monitoring & following process for driving team through your IC / POSP.

Daily reporting of Achievements.

Doing Performance Review of your IC / POSP.

Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.
