Job Details :- Bajaj Allianz Life insurance company Limited (BALIC) Currently we are hiring: Insurance Consultant/ Retail Partner. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join us and drive growth for self and the organization. Job function: Generating sales for the organization from self and team, recruit candidate, building team, leading team, generate business from team and develop team. Skillset:- Lead generation, sales, cold calling, relationship building, business development, leadership qualities. Graduate and Above can apply. Location:- Work from Home Days and time: Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 5 PM. Salary: Fixed INR 7000 + Monthly Allowance 12,000 INR + Incentives, 6 + Variables according to business development (Up to INR 19,000 to INR 35,000). Training will be for 3 months, during the training period you will get stipend upto 1,05,000 INR according to your performance. Selection process: Interview + IRDAI Examination.
