dear members, we are hiring team leader's for our retail partner distribution in insurance segment for leading mncs -bajaj allianz life team leader. recruiter role- rp/srp/crp. as in these days insurance industry is on peak people looking for new opportunity or products in life/ term insurance. job functions: 1. recruit team ,manage, motivate and guide the team 2. generate business from team by doing cross selling, up selling & add-on selling to existing client's and new client's. you have to recruit and activate 4 people under you with one 35k policy login) ✅ team activation, sales and recruitment, ✅build your team. training will be provided. salary: *19k (fixed 7k+12k allowance based on monthly goal sheet completion)*+ pf+ gr+ esic+ higher incentives, rewards ,recognition and contests. bajaj allianz life insurance.
