Job Description: Seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a high-volume restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Lead daily operations, guest service, staff training, and cost control while ensuring food quality and hygiene compliance. Ideal for professionals in F&B management who can drive sales, manage inventory, and maintain premium dining standards with strong leadership and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end restaurant operations (FOH/BOH coordination, service flow, daily targets).
Hire, train, schedule, and motivate staff to deliver consistent guest satisfaction and service standards.
Control costs (including food cost, waste, inventory, and supplier orders) and maintain accurate stock records.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring quick resolution and repeat business.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, as well as local licensing requirements; maintain audit-ready documentation.
Salary & Earnings
Basic salary Range: 2000 SR to 3000 SR
Work Schedule
Duty hours 8 to 10 hours (including break)
Working 6 days.
