**cmru fellowships:** full-time scholars admitted to the program can apply for the cmru fellowship schemes under jrf/srf. the monthly stipend for eligible candidates is up to rs. 27,000 (rs. 25,000 for the 1st and 2nd years; rs. 27,000 for the 3rd year).

**important dates:**

- last date for submission of the application form: january 13, 2025

- date of entrance test: january 18, 2025

- dates for personal interviews of shortlisted candidates: january 27 to january 31, 2025

- announcement of the merit list: february 3, 2025

cmr university will admit students through an entrance test conducted at the university level. the syllabus for the entrance test will consist of 50% research methodology and 50% subject-specific content. candidates who qualify for fellowships through ugc-net, ugc-csir, net, gate, ceed, or similar national-level tests will be exempt from the entrance test.
