Research Assistant For US Based Market Research Company (WHO)

Research Assistants will be expected to conduct research to identify contacts and set up interviews with select industry sources, prepare detailed notes or call reports, and support other members of the team in their projects.

This position is currently home-office/remote-based but will eventually be based in Kline’s India office in either Hyderabad or Gurgaon.

Preferred candidates for this position will possess experience in making cold calls and setting up interviews. The selected candidates will be required to work across various time zones.

Job Requirements:

Experience in market research and/or sales and customer service

Strong telephone communication skills (written and verbal English proficiency)

Flexibility to work in different time shifts

Team worker

Any Bachelor’s degree

Proficiency in any Southeast Asian language—such as Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian, and Vietnamese—is a plus but not a key requirement
