Research Analyst - Hyderabad

We are looking for a Research Analyst to join our Hyderabad office. You will play a key role in conducting research to support our projects and decision-making processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Conduct Research:** Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support our projects. This involves both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

- **Data Analysis:** Use statistical tools to analyze data sets and prepare reports that summarize findings and trends.

- **Report Writing:** Create clear and concise research reports and presentations. These documents will explain complex ideas in simple terms for stakeholders.

- **Market Trends Monitoring:** Stay updated on market trends and industry developments that may impact our business strategies.

- **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with other departments to understand their research needs and provide them with necessary insights.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, or Social Sciences is essential. A Master's degree will be a plus.

- Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret and present data clearly.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools is crucial for effective data manipulation.

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for report writing and presenting findings.

- An eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
