The objective of the position is to plan and execute an outreach programme with coordination of other departments and also reporting to In-charge Outreach with all the timelines for coordinating with all the timelines for coordinating with all the SPACE Franchisees for Event Management.

Title and Description

1 Event Planning and Management

Creating and updating events Blackbox.

Maintain drop box sharing and updating of all outreach docs with relevant departments and franchisees.

Coordinating with all the people who are assigned for event responsibility.

Manage event deadlines.

File timely reports on event status.

Closing the events and submission of various feedback and internal reports.

Coordinate with other department for event conduction.

2 Event Conduction

Identify event venue and discuss it with the Incharge Outreach for closing.

Identify logistics and material required at venue

Prepare schedule and implementation of the event day

Logistic arrangement for event day

Identify and prepare material requirement for event (Participant kit, gifts, momentous, badges etc.)

Identify and manage ambience and décor of the event venue.

3 Reports and Feedback

Identify event report formats

Manage milestone closing and reporting

Take Internal and External feedback for analysis to submit its reports

Proper filling of the reports and feedback

Initiate discussion related to feedback to address issues

File Month end reports to the management by the last day of every month

4 Data Management & Archiving

Update all outreach data with final data from franchisees and outreach team members

Manage all event data save complete repository and know how to extract it when needed

Event related docs/ material archiving.

Photos & Video archiving in repository
