The objective of the position Executive/Sr. Executive-Client Relationship is to build & expand business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients.Pre SalesIdentify methods to generate leads and enquiries. Identify business opportunities with new clients & existing clients for extended products(up-selling/ cross-selling) Pursue new/existing clients through calling/meeting etc. to propose the productsCreate effective pipelines for customers in their territory, and manage the same. Forecast business generation on monthly basis for different product category Prepare proposals/offers depending on the client requirementSales Demonstrating/presenting products to the clients and aware them about the services provided. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales and also negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with clients. Maintain drop box sharing and updating of all outreach docs with relevant departments and franchisees. Coordinating with all the people who are assigned for event responsibility. Manage event deadlines. File timely reports on event status. Closing the events and submission of various feedback and internal reports. Coordinate with other department for event conduction.2 Event Conduction Identify event venue and discuss it with the Incharge Outreach for closing.
