- Handle telecalling tasks to manage and nurture client relationships

- Provide detailed information about loan products and services

- Assist clients with loan applications and procedures

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

- Resolve client issues and queries promptly and efficiently

*Requirements:*

- Graduation is a must

- Experience in handling loans and overdraft (OD) accounts

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently
