- handle telecalling tasks to manage and nurture client relationships

- provide detailed information about loan products and services

- assist clients with loan applications and procedures

- maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

- resolve client issues and queries promptly and efficiently

- experience in handling loans and overdraft (od) accounts
