• acquiring new and prospective customers

• understanding the requirements of the prospect

• providing them with advices that helps them to sort out their problems in investment

• ensuring future business from those prospective customers in the long run

maintaining cordial relationship with the existing clients

• understanding the current needs of the clients

• designing an investment option suitable to the clients

• solving at their investment problem and providing advisory services

• ensuring that the customers are satisfied and maintaining good relationship with them

ability to generate large sales:

• to build cordial relationship with hni clients

• to build good network of prospective customers

• to target on those clients willing to take up high speculative trading.
