agent recruitment & onboarding: identify and recruit new agents, provide onboarding and training programs to ensure agents are well-prepared to market and sell insurance products.
sales & performance management: set clear targets, track agent performance, and offer guidance and resources to help agents meet and exceed their sales goals.
relationship development: build lasting, trust-based relationships with agents, offering mentorship, motivation, and regular performance feedback.
market & industry insights: stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies to ensure the agency network remains competitive.
compliance & reporting: ensure all agents comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. regularly report on agency performance and sales metrics to senior management.
