Profile:- Relationship Officer_ Gold Loans

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To source loan clients in line with the business plan and target

• Create and maintain strict credit discipline, ensuring zero defaults in recovery

• Monitor the loan portfolio, including conducting loan utilization checks and regular monitoring visits

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and practices, while continuously contributing to their improvement

• Maintain accurate and timely record-keeping and reporting

• Understand customer needs and respond to queries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction

• Complete loan contracts by explaining provisions to applicants, obtaining signatures and notarization, and collecting fees

• Perform any other work assigned from time to time.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Exp:- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Gold loans / BFSI domain.

CTC:- 3lpa- 4lpa
