- deal with the hni clients and sell ulip products
- recruit and train distributors
- organize and run recruitment events for distributors
- continued training and motivating the team to drive ulip business - attend
joint field work and help the distributors whenever needed - no need for
irda or mutual fund exam. direct empanelment.
ctc - up to lpa + 6l quarterly incentives
fixed bda is up to inr depends on your target but fixed bda inr 3500
