Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing sales in the assigned markets
• Responsible to achieve the given Branch sales targets
• Maintain the given TAT for completing the deals
• Develop deep customer engagement and grow Svakarma’s presence in the market
• To ensure high standard quality of the portfolio
Skills & Qualification
• Decent communication and interpersonal skills. Local language will be an advantage
• A team player who can manage efficiently in a changing environment
• Education Level University graduate in related disciplines or equivalent is desirable.
• Thorough knowledge of local market in Business loan
• Sales skills, Perseverance, Patience, Positive attitude, Eager to learn, Problem solving ability, Adaptable, Ethical, Attention to detail, etc.
• NBFC experience is mandatory
• Business loan experience is also mandatory
• Secured loan experience preferred
