Responsibilities

Responsible for developing sales in the assigned markets

Responsible to achieve the given Branch sales targets

Maintain the given TAT for completing the deals

Develop deep customer engagement and grow Svakarmas presence in the market

To ensure high standard quality of the portfolio

Skills & Qualification

Decent communication and interpersonal skills. Local language will be an advantage

A team player who can manage efficiently in a changing environment

Education Level University graduate in related disciplines or equivalent is desirable.

Thorough knowledge of local market in Business loan

Sales skills, Perseverance, Patience, Positive attitude, Eager to learn, Problem solving ability, Adaptable, Ethical, Attention to detail, etc.

NBFC experience is mandatory

Business loan experience is also mandatory

Secured loan experience preferred

Experience : 1 - 3 Years
