Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our car showroom sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and process adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, calls, field visits, and digital channels.
• Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives.
• Maintain enquiry records in the iPad CRM system.
• Handle negotiation, closing, and delivery coordination.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and referrals.
• Participate in promotional events and corporate sales activities.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer service standards.
Requirements:
• Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in automobile or retail sales (fresher’s can apply).
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Must be target-driven and self-motivated.
• Willing to work on-field and attend training sessions.
• Knowledge of CRM tools/iPad operations preferred.
• Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence (4-wheeler and 2-wheeler DL mandatory).
