As a Relationship Manager for HENSEX Securities, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationship with clients. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of various financial instruments, investment products, and market trends, enabling them to provide tailored financial solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their financial needs, providing expert advice, and delivering exceptional customer service.
2. New Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients within the financial securities market to expand the client base and achieve business growth targets.
3. Financial Planning: Collaborate with clients to assess their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences, and develop comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies accordingly.
4. Investment Planning: Offer expert guidance on a diverse range of financial services, including Equity Broking, Commodity Broking, Mutual funds and Insurance/Corporate FDs, aligned with clients' risk profiles and objectives.
5. Portfolio Analysis: Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance analysis to ensure client investments are on track to meet their financial goals as suggested by client.
6. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk management protocols when providing financial advice and executing transactions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Financial Advisor, or similar role in the financial services industry
