We are looking for an Experienced Relationship Manager (RM) for our Stock Broking Franchise in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.

Role & Responsibilities:

Reactivate dormant/inactive client accounts through personalized calls, WhatsApp, and advisory

Open new demat/trading accounts and cross-sell products (Distribution of equity, mutual funds, IPO, PMS, MTF)

Provide stock/MF ideas using Kotak research and Neo app

Handle client relationships independently and achieve sales targets

Work with minimal supervision plan and execute your own daily activities

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in stock broking, demat sales, mutual funds, or related financial sales

Proven track record in client reactivation and relationship management

Strong communication skills (Hindi + English)

NISM certification preferred (we can assist if needed)

Self-motivated, independent worker

Local candidates from Bhiwadi/Alwar/Dharuhera/Rewari area preferred

Compensation:

Fixed Salary: 18,000 25,000 per month (based on experience)

High Incentives: Attractive per-account payout + brokerage share (will Explain on Request at time of interview)

Unlimited earning potential top performers can earn 40,,000+ monthly

Location: Bhiwadi
