Position: Relationship Executive - MI

Shift: Day & Night Shift

Experience: Minimum 6 Months (Calling/Customer Support experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction

Connect with clients through phone calls and face-to-face meetings.

Understand customer requirements and build long-term relationships.

2. Problem Resolution

Handle customer queries professionally.

Resolve client concerns promptly to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

3. Data Management

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Update client information regularly in the CRM/system.

4. Team Collaboration

Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams.

Share customer feedback and suggest improvements for better service.

5. Reporting

Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolution.

Highlight trends and provide insights to management.

Required Skills & Eligibility

Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, Relationship Management, or Calling Process.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
