role & responsibilities:
• build the sales pipeline and work on mom targets by putting the right sales strategies
to support the company's growth in the open market.
• meet in-person/virtual customers on daily basis and pitch our financial product offerings
to them
• conduct marketing, sales & brand building activity to attract new customers.
• undertake prospects servicing of clients through various avenues (mailers, sms and
meetings)
• creating new avenues for increasing client base and revenue requirements mom bases
• should have sound knowledge of financial products like stocks, mutual fund, bonds and
ipo
• will be required to work on leads and convert them • should have worked in a
regimented manner: like doing 3 calls / day and updating the same in the tools
• should be good stock market understanding and well networked
• sales cycle management - generating leads from the existing & new customers; taking
the leads through the entire sales cycle to closure
• creating and reporting on the sales funnel - with a clear understanding of customers'
evaluation and buying process to assess each case at the appropriate funnel.
