Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Execute channel and distribution plans to increase market share.
Team Leadership & Management
Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/representatives.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and monitor individual KPIs.
