Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Professional to join us as Regional Sales Manager. The ideal
candidate will be the point of contact for Dealers. This candidate will develop and execute market
expansion strategies, handle Sales team activities. The candidate will report to the Head office and
will play a crucial role in Business Development Department of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Channel and dealer management in respective regions/districts.
• Lead and manage dealer network and field sales team.
• Coordination with Internal team (Marketing, Logistics, R&D).
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Preference: Agri-input industry)
• 4-6 years' experience in sales related role.
Skills:
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Sales and Negotiation skills.
• Relationship management.
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: On-site within the allocated Division
Compensation: ₹-/month (Depending upon experience)
