Regional Sales Manager (6-10 Years)

Key Responsibilities:

Appoint, activate, and manage distributors across the Mumbai region.

Drive business development in hospitals, nursing homes, ICUs, OTs, and daycare centers.

Build and strengthen relationships with technicians, purchase influencers, and key institutional stakeholders.

Achieve regional primary and secondary sales targets while ensuring stock availability, collections, and distributor support.

Execute product launches, institution activations, distributor meets, and demand-generation initiatives.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across the region.

Recruit, mentor, and manage the regional sales team as the business scales.

Track competitor activities, pricing, and institutional opportunities, and provide regular market intelligence to the Zonal Sales Manager.
