We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for expanding sales and financial advisory teams. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, engaging, and onboarding freelance and full-time professionals for financial product sales roles.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and cold calling
Conduct telephonic screening and interview coordination
Engage candidates and explain company opportunities effectively
Handle follow-ups and joining conversions
Maintain recruitment database and hiring reports
Coordinate with management for manpower planning
Build a strong pipeline of freelancers and sales professionals
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Experience in recruitment, telecalling, or HR hiring
Ability to work on hiring targets and deadlines
Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment platforms
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
Preferred Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
1-3 years of recruitment or HR experience preferred
Experience in BFSI or financial services hiring is an advantage
