salary - 25,000 to 30,000 per month + food facility
strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to streamline the hiring process.
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
responsibilities
develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the food industry.
screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
