Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support our recruiting team and help us place Housekeeping candidates faster.

Plan and manage company's overall sourcing strategy.

Understand company's operations needs and requirements.

Need to get the house keeping candidates from different states and local.

Build relationships with key manpower suppliers.

Hands on experience Bulk hiring/Blue Collared hiring

To achieve the target assigned at least 50 to 60 candidates per month within agreed timelines.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR RECRUITMENT MANAGER WHO HAS A THROUGH EXPERTISE IN HIRING HOUSEKEEPING, TEAM LEADER, CARPENTER, PLUMBER ELECTRICIAN, STP OPERATOR, MST ETC.
