7. Candidate management throughout the recruitment life cycle

Excellent sourcing techniques through Job boards, headhunting, and social networking sites like LinkedIn and so on

Ability to handle multiple positions in multiple industries with different strategies to close different positions.

Strong knowledge of MS office

Associate partner must have access to found it/Monster/Naukri/Shine/Updazz/Indeed/any Other etc depending on requirement.

Remuneration: As a Freelancer on profit sharing basis,
