The American company which provides logistics services is looking for an HR Associate in New Delhi.

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruit new candidates/truck drivers

2. Interview new candidates and conduct an orientation

3. Work on effective communication and follow-up

4. Work on maintaining a database

5. Multitask between answering phone calls and responding to emails

6. Collect and check the required paperwork to meet the stated requirements

Skills & Requirements:

1. Must have sales experience

2. Well-organized and stress-resistant

3. Attentive to details

4. Analytical skills

5. Having relationship management skills and openness to feedback

6. English level- upper intermediate and higher (must)

7. Confident PC user - excellent systems knowledge: MS Office, Excel, and internet navigation
