Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.

Schedule appointments and maintain front-desk calendars.

Coordinate with internal departments and assist with basic administrative tasks.

Provide general information to visitors and callers regarding the company, services, or departments.

Maintain records and perform data entry as needed.

Support HR or admin teams with documentation or onboarding activities when required.
