Job Description

We are seeking skilled and professional Receptionists to join our ultra-luxury villas real estate development team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.


Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and providing information as needed.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-presented.

Assist in scheduling appointments and property tours for the sales team.

Maintain a record of visitors, ensuring security protocols are followed.

Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Handle client inquiries and resolve or escalate issues as necessary.


High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in office administration or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in using office equipment, such as a phone system, scanner, and photocopier.

Familiarity with administrative tasks and office management procedures.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu (additional language skills are a plus).
