As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Your key responsibilities include greeting guests, answering calls, managing emails, and maintaining office supplies. You will also schedule appointments, assist in administrative tasks, and ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.

To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills, be well-organized, and have a friendly demeanor. Attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also essential. You should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A professional appearance and a positive attitude are important to create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
