Key Responsibilities

Visitor Management: Greeting guests, verifying appointments, and issuing security badges or digital check-ins.

Communication Hub: Managing multi-line phone systems, screening calls, and responding to general inquiries via email and WhatsApp Business.

Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinating meeting rooms, managing executive calendars, and booking travel or couriers.

Administrative Support: Handling incoming mail/packages, scanning documents, and maintaining a tidy, professional lobby area.

Security & Safety: Monitoring front-desk security cameras and following building access protocols.

2. Required Skills (2026 Standards)

Tech Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Outlook/Google Calendar and familiarity with Visitor Management Software (like Envoy or Sine).

Interpersonal Excellence: A high level of emotional intelligence to handle difficult visitors or stressful situations calmly.

Multitasking: The ability to handle a walk-in guest, a ringing phone, and an urgent email simultaneously without losing composure.

Basic AI Literacy: Ability to manage automated AI Chatbots or digital kiosks when they require human intervention.
