responsibilities:
greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
manage incoming and outgoing mails
assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
provide general administrative support to staff as needed

12th pass.
at least 1 year of experience into the same field
good verbal and written communication skills
proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel)
