Associate Manager – Real Estate Sales
Job Description:
We are hiring an Associate Manager – Real Estate to lead client engagements, drive high-value closures, and mentor junior sales executives. Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound leads for premium residential projects
Manage the complete sales lifecycle – lead qualification, site visits, presentations, negotiations & closures
Build long-term client relationships through a trust-based advisory approach
Stay updated on project pricing, inventory & market competition
Guide and support a team of Sales Executives to achieve targets
Maintain accurate updates on CRM, sales trackers & performance reports
Coordinate with internal teams and developer partners to drive results
Key Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Proven track record in high-ticket residential closures
Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members
Hands-on experience with CRM tools & sales pipeline management
Graduate / Post-Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
