must have experience in sales (bpo) or from a real estate background

prior experience in lead generation will be an added advantage

communication skills:

should have average to above-average english communication skills

proficiency in v4 communication is preferred

key responsibilities:

handle outbound/inbound calls for lead generation for premium real estate projects

engage with potential clients and convert inquiries into qualified leads

maintain and update client databases

meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions

coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales pipeline
