Job Title: Real Estate Marketing Specialist for Commercial Flats

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Real Estate Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing strategies for our commercial flat properties. The ideal candidate should have experience in marketing commercial properties and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing plans to promote commercial flat properties

Conduct market research to identify target customers and market trends

Work with real estate agents and brokers to showcase commercial flat properties

Create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and online ads

Manage social media accounts and create content to increase brand awareness

Organize and attend events, such as open houses and property tours

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead generation and conversion

Analyze marketing data and provide recommendations for improving marketing strategies

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

+ years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably in commercial properties

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Strong organizational and project management skills

5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite

7. Knowledge of social media platforms and their marketing capabilities

8. Understanding of market research and data analysis

9. Creative problem-solving skills

10. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
