As a Real Estate Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing property transactions and managing our real estate portfolio. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- **Property Management**: Manage day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and tenants are satisfied.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct analysis of market trends and property values to inform buy, sell, or lease decisions.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and agreements with buyers, sellers, and tenants to achieve favorable terms.
- **Client Liaison**: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing them with updates and guidance throughout the property transaction process.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions to support the decision-making process.
