key responsibilities:
handle outbound/inbound calls for lead generation for premium real estate projects
engage with potential clients and convert inquiries into qualified leads
maintain and update client databases
meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions
coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales pipeline
