Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to drive sales of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through references, site visits, digital platforms, and networking.

Meet prospective clients to understand their property requirements.

Present and explain residential and commercial property projects.

Conduct site visits and property demonstrations.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and internal departments for smooth documentation.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM on a regular basis.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Ensure excellent post-sales service to build long-term client relationships.
