Freshers For Ramp Supervisor - Hajipur

We are looking for a Ramp Supervisor to oversee the operations of the ramp area at our facility in Hajipur, India. This position is suitable for freshers who have completed their 10th grade. The Ramp Supervisor will ensure that all activities are carried out efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervising Ramp Operations: Manage daily activities on the ramp, ensuring smooth loading and unloading of cargo, and adherence to safety protocols.

2. Coordinating Activities: Work closely with ground staff and transport teams to coordinate the timely dispatch and arrival of goods, maintaining effective communication.

3. Monitoring Safety Procedures: Ensure all safety regulations are followed on the ramp, educating staff about proper handling techniques to prevent accidents.

4. Training New Staff: Assist in training new employees on the operational processes and safety standards relevant to ramp operations.

5. Reporting and Documentation: Keep accurate records of ramp activities, including loading times and inventory levels, and report any irregularities to management.
