Ramp Supervisor (Freshers) Giridih

We are looking for a Ramp Supervisor to oversee operations at our airport ramp. This position is ideal for freshers and requires at least a 10th-grade education.

As the Ramp Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth handling of airport operations, including aircraft arrival and departure procedures. You will manage the ramp staff and coordinate activities to ensure that luggage, cargo, and equipment are loaded and unloaded efficiently. You will also monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Staff Coordination: Direct and manage ramp staff to ensure efficient operations, training them in safety protocols and procedures.

2. Operational Management: Oversee the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo, ensuring timely and organized handling to expedite aircraft turnaround.

3. Safety Compliance: Monitor all activities on the ramp to ensure adherence to safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.

4. Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for coordination between various teams, including pilots, ground crew, and cargo handlers.

For this role, you should have strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate your team. Good communication skills are essential to ensure clear instructions across teams. A keen attention to detail is necessary to adhere to safety regulations, and basic problem-solving abilities will help address any operational challenges that may arise.
