Position : Quality ManagerLocation : Amingaon, Ghy, AssamSalary : 30,000-40,000Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor€™s Diploma in Quality Management or Plastics.- Minimum 4€¯years of experience in the manufacturing industry (male candidates).Key Responsibilities:- Enforce all SOPs for raw material, in€‘process, and finished€‘goods quality QC & QA checklists.- Schedule and oversee equipment maintenance & calibration to maximize lab uptime.- Implement statutory Health, Safety & Environment compliances as per checklist.- Obtain/renew quality certifications through proper documentation and cross€‘functional collaboration.- Minimize & categorize quality incidents; report to customers as required.- Conduct cross€‘functional training to boost quality awareness and reduce rejections.- Drive new€‘product development within planned timelines.- Manage documentation, RCA, report generation, and MIS submissions for production & maintenance SOPs.- Execute HR processes (training calendar) for all team members.Must-have Skills:1. Strong facility management expertise in mechanical/electrical maintenance.2. Preventive and maintain breakdown maintenance planning experience.3. Excellent documentation , reporting, and MIS capabilities.4. Proficiency in SAP. MS Office, maintenance/project tracking tools.
