Purchase raw materials, consumables, engineering spares, and factory assets following SOP and productspecific TAT.2. Procure consumables & assets for CAMA & HMC units as per SOP.3. Manage AMC purchases & renewals for all group companies before expiry, adhering to SOP checklist.4. Identify & onboard new vendors; submit comparative quotation analysis within defined TAT.5. Conduct vendor due diligence and enlist vendors to ensure timely payments.6. Process vendor bills for materials/services within 5 working days for prompt payment.7. Maintain Head Office store inventory per SOP and keep accurate records.Must Have Skills- Strong MS Office expertise (especially Excel).- Proficient MIS reporting.- Effective documentation & coordination abilities.

- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of field service technicians, engineers, and support staff.- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide mentorship, and implement continuous professional development programs.- Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring timely and efficient execution of service requests, installations, and maintenance activities.- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their service needs and concerns promptly.- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.- Prepare and manage the service department's budget, tracking expenses related to labor, parts, and equipment.- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.- Ensure all service activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in diesel generators, solar panels, and related systems.- Oversee the management of service parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical components for timely repairs.- Coordinate with procurement to source quality parts and materials at competitive prices.- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, service reports, and maintenance logs.- Generate and analyze service performance reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service efficiency, reduce response times, and improve customer satisfaction.

Position : Quality ManagerLocation : Amingaon, Ghy, AssamSalary : 30,000-40,000Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelors Diploma in Quality Management or Plastics.- Minimum 4years of experience in the manufacturing industry (male candidates).Key Responsibilities:- Enforce all SOPs for raw material, inprocess, and finishedgoods quality QC & QA checklists.- Schedule and oversee equipment maintenance & calibration to maximize lab uptime.- Implement statutory Health, Safety & Environment compliances as per checklist.- Obtain/renew quality certifications through proper documentation and crossfunctional collaboration.- Minimize & categorize quality incidents; report to customers as required.- Conduct crossfunctional training to boost quality awareness and reduce rejections.- Drive newproduct development within planned timelines.- Manage documentation, RCA, report generation, and MIS submissions for production & maintenance SOPs.- Execute HR processes (training calendar) for all team members.Must-have Skills:1.
